A pleasure with a meal
Nobody can refuse a glass in honour: a good glass of wine turns a successful meal into a perfect dinner, a fine brandy rounds off any heavy meal and a glass of liqueur can be enjoyed pure in the evening - or used to conjure up cocktails and desserts for dessert.
A good wine belongs to a romantic dinner
No drink goes as well with a roast game or a vegetarian potato gratin as an aromatic red wine and a summery fresh white wine is the perfect companion to fish or a light pasta dish. Wine connoisseurs usually agree on this - but what is the best to drink with dessert? A fruit torte or a fruity fresh puree finds the perfect companion in a sweet berry wine. In our Lebkuchen-Schmidt shop you will find palate delights such as the popular Blueberry and Black Currant Wine, but also a full-bodied Elderberry Wine. These wines will persuade even many a hardened beer drinker and are excellent as an aperitif or as a base for a coulis sauce with vanilla ice cream.
All-rounder liqueur
Liqueur usually does not have too much alcohol, is wonderfully sweet and almost passes for a liquid dessert. It is available in an infinite number of flavours, from the somewhat tart hazelnut liqueur to sweet berry schnapps such as a blackberry liqueur or the herbaceous sea buckthorn, which is reminiscent of a light spiced wine. All our liqueurs can be enjoyed both at room temperature and ice cold - but of course, they always taste best in the company of good friends. Just like our berry wines, liqueurs are a wonderful basis for ice cream, dessert sauces or an aromatic tea with a shot. For example, with our fine herbal liqueur Nuremberger Tropfen, a liqueur made from finely spiced and diverse herbs. Although it has a comparatively high alcohol content of 32 percent, its multi-layered aroma rounds off any heavy, hearty meal and makes for a pleasantly warm feeling in the stomach.
