All good things come from Franconia - say the Franconians. This applies to wine and beer, as well as to the high-proof spirits in bottles: Because especially in Franconian Switzerland, there are many distilleries that specialise in high-quality schnapps in various flavours.
Everyone enjoys an Obstler after a meal - it is supposed to stimulate digestion, but above all it tastes outstandingly fruity and fresh. In our fruit schnapps, we use pears and apples from Franconian orchards as well as clear spring water. You can really taste the result: as a digestif, just in between meals or as that certain extra for sophisticated desserts. Just try out different recipes!
Our fruit brandies should simply not be missing in any house bar, especially not in a Franconian one. Also as a present, whether for a birthday or Christmas, they are perfect, and as a souvenir from Franconia anyway. Cheers!
