It was almost clear that the distillers in Franconian Switzerland would use these plump, dark fruits to produce fine liqueurs. The result: a fruity and refreshing liqueur with 25 percent alcohol content and full of ideas for enjoyment.
Because liqueur - whether made from blackberries or other fruits - is not only a pure, velvety taste experience. With this sweet seduction you can also flavour desserts, for example sundaes or cream pastries.
