Enjoy it like the Swiss do
A classic of Swiss cuisine is Zürcher Geschnetzeltes. In Germany, the dish is so popular that it can hardly be missing in any middle-class restaurant. It was first mentioned in a cookbook in 1947. The recipe consisted of veal, cream, white wine and meat sauce - over the years it has been modified regionally, refined with mushrooms, some also add veal kidneys.

We at Lebkuchen-Schmidt also rely on the variant with mushrooms for our veal clutlets, according to the family recipe on which the dish is based. And while you would normally have to spend longer in the kitchen to prepare it, with us you're going to save that time: all you have to do is heat up the hearty specialty and enjoy.
