In the course of time, we learned to "produce" different types of honey with targeted bee-keeping in certain regions. We have some of these in our range at Lebkuchen-Schmidt - the right honey for every taste.
One of the classics, so to speak, is the blossom honey, which, as the name suggests, comes from bees that pollinate flowers, in contrast to forest honey, for example. It is characterised by its creamy consistency and light colour. It is ideal as a spread on bread, but tastes just as good in tea as it does in cakes and of course in hot milk as THE weapon against sore throats.
