For this premium pleasure, we have two different lard pots in a double pack in our assortment for you: Iberico lard is made from 100 per cent bacon from the famous Spanish Iberico pigs.
This perfectly seasoned fat has a much nuttier and more delicate taste than other lard products: During preparation, special care is taken to preserve the inherent flavour of the fine raw product.
The duck greaves lard is an innovation: for this, the finest duck fat is rendered extremely carefully and then refined with pork greaves lard. In addition to various spices, a light hint of onion is also part of this product of the extra class - unique in taste, perfect for hearty enjoyment.
Serve Schmalzbrot with fried onions, apple pieces or in true Bavarian style with fresh radish.
