A superb Franconian delicacy
A hearty snack is not only part of a hiking trip in Franconia, in many households it is still the typical evening meal: With spicy bread, cheese, tomatoes, pickles - and of course an exquisite ham like our Franconian Brotzeit ham.
This speciality needs a good four months before we can send it to you. The high-quality pork for the ham is finely seasoned, salted, then smoked and finally has to mature. This long maturing time makes the ham particularly mild in taste compared to other similar types of ham.
We have refined the old, traditional recipe with an innovation: a pepper crust that is not found in this form in any other raw ham. The contrast between the spiciness of the pepper and the mild taste of the ham makes for a unique taste experience.

Ingredients: Pork, salt, 1% pepper, dextrose, sugar, herbs, spices, gelatine (pork), antioxidant (sodium ascorbate), bulking agent (glycerin), preservative (potassium sorbate, sodium nitrite, nitrate), acidifier (citric acid), beechwood smoke. 100 g Bavarian snack ham with a pepper crust is made from 132 g pork.
May contain traces of egg, milk, mustard and wheat.
