Our choice for Gingerbread of the Year 2024 was the Elisen treasure: an Elisen gingerbread creation made entirely without wheat flour in the dough.
We don't need to say much about the Elisen gingerbread: Thanks to their exquisite ingredients, a high nut content and a low flour content, they are the pinnacle of gingerbread artistry. Each Elise is baked on a fine, fresh wafer and coated in various ways. The Elisen treasure is refined with melt-in-the-mouth chocolate.
