7. A family run business
Since its foundation, Lebkuchen-Schmidt has been a family run business. After the last owner, Mrs. Henriette Schmidt- Burkhardt, passed away in February 2014 the company is now run by the foundation that was initiated by her. Quality remains the company’s tradition.
