Naked Cake with Amarena chocolate as topping
Incomplete and yet perfect.That's what makes naked cakes. And with our chocolate pearls, these are a real feast for the eyes.
1.For the base, prepare a sponge cake base. Colour the pastry with a little baking cocoa.
2.For the cream, use a cherry cream, gelatine provides the right consistency.
3. layer the sponge base and cherry cream alternately in a meringue ring and cake border foil. If you like, you can also spread cherry jam on the sponge base. This adds a fruity, juicy note.
4. make a dark ganache and put it in the ring as the last layer. chill overnight.
5.The next day, carefully remove the ring and the foil.6.Decorate the cupcake with our fantastic chocolate pearls.
