And that's how it tastes as well, our shashlik pot, which we have created for you according to an old family recipe. For perfect enjoyment, we use pork from the juicy shoulder for the dish and refine it with a sweet and spicy sauce in which it is gently cooked.
Shashlik comes from southeastern European countries, Especially from Hungary. Fine pieces of meat are grilled on skewers and served with sauces or dips. We know our way around shashlik with paprika, and exactly this combination, which has been particularly popular with us for a very long time, has found its way into our stew.
