Recipe idea
bundt cake 2.0
With this dessert, you will not only bring visual fireworks to your table, but rather a firework of flavour. You are welcome to try it yourself.
1. Bake a chocolate bundt cake in small moulds and leave it to cool down.
2. Crumble up a few crispy biscuits of roasted almond & vanilla and place it in a deep dish.
3. Melt white chocolate. Dip the mini bundt cakes up to approx. 1 cm into the melted chocolate and then directly into the crunchy biscuit crumbs. If necessary, sprinkle the bundt cake with the crumbs to create a nice edge.
4. Put some white chocolate into a piping nozzle with a small opening and decorate the bundt cake with it. Let some of the chocolate run down the grooves.
5. Decorate the bundt cake with a few crispy biscuits as a topping.
