Included: natural spices and herbs that give the bratwursts their unique taste.
For the extraordinary aroma, the sausages are then smoked darkly over beech wood. They are then air-dried, so they have a long shelf life and can easily be taken along as a small hearty snack, whether to school, the office or even on the next hiking trip.
