Baked in advance and left to mature for a long time, Stollen was traditionally cut on the first of Advent. Our fruity, delicate miniature Stollen with whole cranberries instead of sultanas is guaranteed to taste great with a cup of coffee or tea when the first cool autumn winds start to whistle outside. The fruit Stollen with cranberries is baked according to a traditional recipe and in a similar way to a classic Stollen: from fluffy yeast dough, with the best butter and flavourful orange peel. But tart and sour dried cranberries are added to the dough instead of soaked sultanas, giving the cake an exceptional, fruity flavour. Undoubtedly this is a welcome touch, and not just for those who dislike sultanas in their Stollen. Even dyed-in-the-wool Stollen enthusiasts will love this unusual variation.
 
At 200 g, the mini Stollen is just right to treat yourself to a slice before the actual Advent season: welcome and enjoy the cool season over a cup of coffee, tea or a warming glass of punch or mulled wine before the festivities begin.
