Recipe idea
Cream chocolate & gin in a glass
This composition of a sweet cream and our gourmet stars as a highlight is the perfect dessert idea for an exclusive dinner.
1.For the first layer, place raspberries in the glass. Prepare a mixture of Gelatine-Fix and fruit juice and pour it over the raspberries. Give the dessert some rest and let the mixture set.
2.Prepare a cream of cream, yoghurt, sugar, vanilla sugar, lemon juice and gelatine.
3.If you like, you can colour some of the mixture with food colouring before it sets.
4.Layer the cream yoghurt cream on top of the raspberries.
5.Add a gourmet star as a decoration. A certain crunch is created by a few icing crumbles.
