At Lebkuchen-Schmidt, we are constantly refining traditional recipes, so our range currently includes crispy cashew Lebkuchen, Kaiser Elisen without any flour, Gingerbread tips made of Elisen Gingerbread dough or Elisen with roasted almonds, in addition to our classic chocolate-coated or glazed Elisen Lebkuchen. Every Gingerbread is a delight in itself, so you should really try them all!
