Cakes with cocoa pistachios as topping
This fine chocolate cake is a real eye-catcher. A lemon and pistachio cake goes perfectly with this creation.
1.For the base, prepare your favourite cake in small silicone baking dishes.We liked a lemon and pistachio cake best.
2.After cooling, place the cakes on a cake rack.Melt the white chocolate and pour it over the chocolate cakes.
3.You can add pistachios to the bottom edge before the chocolate has set again.This gives a nice visual effect.
4.Finally, decorate the cake with our fantastic chocolate pearls.
