Recipe idea
Crispy mini bundt cake with roasted almonds
Take bundt cakes to a new level with these tricks. A truly delicious flavour that you should definitely try out.
1. Bake an almond and vanilla bundt cake in small moulds and leave it to cool down.
2. Crumble a few crunchy biscuits of roasted almond & cinnamon and place it in a deep dish.
3. Melt chocolate. Dip the mini bundt cakes up to approx. 1 cm into the melted chocolate and then directly into the crunchy biscuit crumbs. If necessary, sprinkle the bundt cake with the crumbs to create a nice edge.
4. Make a cream cheese topping from butter, icing sugar, cream cheese and cocoa powder and fill the cream into a piping nozzle.
5. Squeeze the cream cheese topping onto the bundet cake and decorate it again with a crispy biscuit roasted almonds & cinnamon.
6. Garnish with roasted almonds as desired.
