Cream hazelnut & pumpkin in a glass
Small but nice. With our crispy biscuits, you can magically conjure up a delicious dessert that you will love.In a glass, this dessert is a special eye-catcher.The caramelised hazelnut is the icing on the cake.
1.Prepare a chocolate pudding according to the package instructions and put it in the glass as the first layer.
2.Heat some sugar in a pan until it has a light brown and liquid-sticky consistency. Deglaze the caramel with a little water.Add a little butter and cream to this mixture. 3.
3. crush some crispy biscuits, add them to the caramel cream and then mix everything together. This is the second layer in the dessert.4.The third layer is some cream, which is a real eye-catcher with caramel threads and a caramelised hazelnut. Done!
