1.For the bottom layer, it is best to crush a few crispy biscuits by hand. Fill the crumbs into a glass.

2.Prepare a vanilla pudding according to the instructions on the packet and put it on top of the crispy biscuit pieces as the second layer.

3.Put some sugar in a pan and heat it. Once the sugar has melted and turned light brown, extinguish the caramel with a little water. Add some butter and cream to this mixture.

4.Layer the liquid caramel on top of the pudding and garnish with a fresh physalis - done!
