Cream cheese tartlets caramel & sea salt
Visually and tastefully a hit: this cream cheese tartlet is the perfect change for all connoisseurs. And our Crunchy croissants with caramel & sea salt add a little zing.
1.For the base, crush our Crunchy Kipferl and add a little liquid butter.This creates a mixture that will later give the tartlet its hold.
2.With the help of a foam ring and cake edge foil, you can easily build a multi-level tartlet.
3.first put the Crunchy Kipferl mixture into the ring and press it down lightly.
4.For the second layer, prepare a cream cheese mixture. Add some lemon zest to give the cream a fresh touch.
5.Before you make the third layer, you should chill the tartlet so that everything can set.
6.For the fruit layer, mix the pureed strawberries with Gelatine-Fix according to the instructions on the packet. Pour the fruit layer on top of the cream cheese and chill.
7.Just before serving, remove the ring and foil and garnish with Crunchy Kipferl as desired.
