Sweet potatoes, a popular vegetable especially in South American and African cuisine, are only distantly related to potatoes. They have now also found their way into European kitchens and are used in the most delicious dishes, from chips to stews.
Curries are not to be confused with the spice mixture curry, even if the name of the curry powder is derived from the dish. (Fun fact: in Indian cuisine, for example, curry is not recognised as a spice at all). A curry is a typical Asian stew with lots of vegetables, meat or fish. You can find curries in a wide variety of flavours in Japan, India and Thailand.
Our sweet potato curry contains no artificial preservatives or flavour enhancers. Simply remove the lid, heat up the jar in the microwave and enjoy - it's a quick, tasty meal.
