A Kipferl that just melts in your mouth, with a nutty flavour and a fine vanilla note while being simply THE sweet companion at Christmas time. No biscuit plate is complete without this delicacy, which we at Lebkuchen Schmidt make with real bourbon vanilla, the finest ground hazelnuts and lots of fine butter. On top, of course, comes delicious icing sugar - a Christmas composition that is second to none.
Incidentally, the word "Kipferl" refers to crescent-shaped biscuits in southern Germany and Austria. However, the delicious vanilla crescents have long been known and loved throughout Germany and beyond.
