As always, we use only the finest ingredients for the dough and plenty of nuts. These finest Elisen gingerbreads do not even contain any flour at all. Sicilian oranges, fresh almonds, cinnamon, cardamom and the odd secret ingredient, all add to The Southern Elises' special flavor. Naturally, they are baked on fresh wafers, and the icing on the cake is the exquisite chocolate coating on these exceptional gingerbreads.
