Forest honey is known to be a special honey because of its strong flavour. On a dark breakfast roll or rye bread, it is a delight in the early morning - and a healthy source of energy.
And because our fine forest honey from certified bee-keepers tastes so incredibly delicious, we have also filled it into 4 kg buckets. So you always have a supply in the house, and believe us, as soon as your family gets a taste for it, the honey will be gone in no time. If not - it is almost everlasting. Should the forest honey become firm, then fill the required amount into a smaller container and heat it up carefully. As if by magic, the honey will be liquid and golden again. However, it should not become warmer than 40 degrees!
But, large quantities of honey cannot only be eaten for breakfast. For example, have you ever preserved fruit with honey? This gives sour fruit in particular a special sweetness and ensures that fruit in jars can be kept for a long time. It's best to stock up on your winter supply right away!
