Our choice for Gingerbread of the Year 2022 fell on honey heaven: a sweet Elisen creation.
We don't need to tell you much about the Elisen gingerbreads: They are the pinnacle of gingerbread artistry thanks to their exquisite ingredients, a high nut content and a low flour content. Each Elise is baked on a fine, fresh wafer and coated in various ways.
