EINFACH.ECHT ("just real" in German) is the name of Alexander Herrmann's exquisite biscuit range for Schmidt. And it's called that because that's how it's made - and that's how it tastes. In the bakery, the Franconian star chef relies on high-quality ingredients without a lot of frills in his creations, but substitutes that with a lot of enjoyment.
