White wine enjoyment from Franconia
Scheurebe is a relatively young grape variety: in 1916, vine breeder Georg Scheu crossed Riesling with Bukettrebe, creating a new wine that has since been cultivated and produced in Lower Franconia and elsewhere. The vine is very demanding - it likes dry, calcareous soils and therefore feels particularly comfortable in this region with a high proportion of shell limestone.

The Scheurebe in our assortment comes from the Sommeracher Rosenberg, one of the most famous vineyards in Franconia, and carries the predicate of German quality wine.

The designation "feinherb" places our Scheurebe between dry and semi-dry. We suggest enjoying it chilled with strong meat dishes, for example spicy poultry or fish stews. This wine also fits wonderfully to Asian dishes.

In our assortment you will find other wines, liqueurs and schnapps from our Franconian homeland, which is not without reason a region of taste, with a special focus on regionality, freshness as well as handmade quality.

Very good
Der wein schmeckt ausgezeichnet, wenn man feinherb mag. Er ist nicht zu süss aber auch nicht zu trocken.
