Delicate Creamy Mushroom Sauce
|Cream sauce with Mushrooms (Milk fat content: at least 20 g/l)|
|Ingredients: Palm fat, CREAM POWDER, modified starch, 7 % mushrooms (button mushroom, slippery jack, chanterelle, cep powder), potato starch, flavour enhancer: (mono sodium glutamate, disodium inosinate, disodium guanylate), seasoning (with SOY, WHEAT), salt, fried onions (onions, palm fat), yeast extract, spice extract, thickener: guar gum, onion powder, glucose syrup, flovouring, maltodextrin, MILK PROTEIN, caramel, sunflower oil, acidity regulator: tetrasodium diphosphate, antioxidant: rosemary extract, tomato powder.
Dosage: 160 g/l
Preparation: Stir the powder into cold water, bring to the boil and let simmer for 3 minutes while stirring.
